Little Gruinard is four miles north of Laide and ROCKLEA, which is a log house, stands in its own grounds of around five acres above the shoreline of Gruinard Bay. There is direct and private access to the beach.
At the seaward end of the house there is a spacious living area which combines kitchen and dining facilities along with the sitting room. There are three bedrooms to accommodate five adults, a fully equipped bathroom and a separate W.C.
Visitors to the house enthuse about the nearness to nature and wildlife that it offers and binoculars are essential if the bird life, red and roe deer, pine marten, seals and, if you are lucky and patient, otters and possibly even a badger are to be enjoyed to the full from the sitting room window.
